We help them to optimize their downtime by providing quality support service, minimize inefficiencies and security solution. Enhance system reliability and security of information system by adopting the necessary measures and practices, such as quality service, lower risk of data loss, generic availability of system and data,etc. The broad objective of our scope is to ensure that:

  • 24*7 Service Desk for the logging of Incident, Problem and Services Request for Laptop, Desktop, Printer, Scanner,UPS, etc.
  • Coordinate with customer to schedule on-site technical support visit in response to an logged Incident or Service Request.
  • Dispatch appropriate Level 2 or Level 3 technician (s) in response to an escalated Incident or Service Request.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose Incidents/Problems for reported devices, including removing and/or repairing physically broken or inoperable devices.
  • Preventative maintenance and Break/Fix services on locally attached and network printers, and miscellaneous peripherals including out of scope hardware components,if authorized by the County.
  • Appropriate tests of the resolved/repaired device to ensure it is operating appropriately with all installed software's.
  • Restore work area to pre-repair condition.
  • Obtain End User acknowledgment for completion of Service Request.
